For De IJssel Coatings, QuickWorks developed a timeless brand film that brings together history, craftsmanship, technology and production.
De IJssel Coatings is a company with a rich history, strong proprietary products and a lot of knowledge on the shop floor. At the same time, it is an organization that is constantly looking ahead. It develops, tests, improves and innovates. It is this combination that makes the story interesting: deep roots, but looking firmly to the future.
That story deserved more than just beautiful images of machines and processes. It had to be a film in which you feel where the company comes from, how work is done today and how knowledge, technology and innovation together create products the company is proud of.
Based on the brand story, we wrote the concept, determined the visual line and carefully prepared the shooting day. In the factory, we portrayed processes, people, technology and details in a way that suits the quality of the brand: neat, precise and with attention to atmosphere.
Historical imagery was also given a special role. Using AI, we brought subtle movement into old photographs, bringing the past suddenly closer. Founders appearing to be “at work” again, old images coming back to life and history not only being told but also felt.
In combination with voice-over, drone images and strong detail shots, a film was created that shows what De IJssel Coatings stands for. A film about craftsmanship and innovation. About people, processes and products. And about an organization that includes its history in everything it develops today.
After the first screening, it sounded from the organization, “I am moved!”
The brand film is now successfully used during presentations and meetings. This is precisely where the value comes to the fore: in just a few minutes, the story of the organization is told firmly, professionally and with feeling. Not as a separate video for one moment, but as a film that De IJssel Coatings can fall back on again and again.
