Brand film
For Desch, we have previously had the opportunity to do beautiful projects with a cinematic angle, including the corporate film. Their campaign “The Art of Recycled Plastic” required a film, completely in the style of a cinematic trailer. This meant actors, a cool location, good lighting and tight editing.
From the very first moment, we set to work with conviction. After the script and voice over were conceived in consultation, a shot list was devised in which the video was worked out down to the second. A great location was scouted and visited in advance to investigate any possibilities and limitations in advance. Several actors were cast by QuickWorks, with a separate briefing for each actor or actress for clothing and make-up.
QuickWorks was on set for this production with two cameramen, a photographer for BTS photography, a lighting man with assistant, a make-up artist, several actors, catering and production support for planning and directing actors. It was a long day of shooting with lots of custom made props, and as icing on the cake the image of the “The Thinker,” and at the end of the day the QuickWorks crew went home with a satisfied feeling.
Then post-production began, in which we combined the shot footage with the voice over and gave both color and sound a major overhaul. The result? A video that we at QuickWorks are very proud of, but that was also very well received by the client. The video has been used in online promotions, on the client’s YouTube channel and shown during a trade show. The reactions so far have been very positive. Do you also want to get started with a video production? We would love to help you with that!
