Fred Olsen

Filming at sea
A film project where sea legs, affinity with offshore and technology and a multidisciplinary cameraman who keeps a cool head under all circumstances are highly desirable. For that, Fred Olsen was at the right place with QuickWorks. With the right offshore papers such as OPITO including HUET, VCA papers and the necessary drone certifications, our cameraman went on board with the necessary equipment. He put up three timelapse cameras, took film and photo shots with the drone, filmed from the ship and when there was time, took care of the necessary photography. On the editing table, drone, timelapse and film footage were forged into a striking project film. Fred Olsen has a great tool with which to win the next offshore project.

Bril Jan’t Cartier

A Bril Jan’t Product promotional video
Optician Glasses Jan’te was looking for a good way to portray its products in a professional and outstanding way. We knew what to do and went to work for Jan. Soon we came up with the idea of several short product videos instead of one longer video. Not only does this better showcase the products, but these videos are also easier to use in the video strategy of Bril Jan’t. We went big with props and decoupage for each video. The result is a series of short videos that, in terms of feel, perfectly match the product in question in the video, but also together form a cohesive whole. A beautiful series of content that is spread out on the socials by the client.

Beekenkamp

Multiple videos
“An informative promotional video of our location in Africa Uganda. We also want other videos. If you come to Uganda for us and other companies we would be happy to participate.” For two days we shot various footage at Beekenkamp Uganda. On the nursery, the surroundings, restaurants, the doctor’s office, daycare and sports ground. Beautifully situated against Lake Victoria. In advance, we had coordinated the various scripts with each other from the Netherlands and made a tight schedule. This resulted in the video production below. The travel, accommodation, permits, inoculations, clearance of our own equipment and rental of drone equipment, local transportation and planning was arranged by the QuickWorks production team.

Scotch Whisky Investments

A cinematic challenge
“Soon we will open the doors of our new museum in the complex of Scotch Whisky Investments which will house the rare collection of Valentino Zagatti. Can you make a cinematic promotional video for this?” We took this challenge with both hands. First we created a cool storyline and figured out the shots on location. The shoot that followed required a lot of creativity from our crew. The space was not quite ready and they had to deal with a lot of reflection through the display case glass. But all’s well that ends well and the shooting day, or rather night, ended in style with a nice glass of whiskey. All in all, a successful video production.

Music all in

Lots of cool video content
After Jan came to us via a query on his LinkedIn, after several referrals, he couldn’t ignore us. The original request was one corporate video with a header video for each department, product videos and four specials. In other words, a lot of video content. We soon found out together that Music All In would benefit more from other video productions. Within the agreed annual budget, we set to work designing Music All In’s video strategy. Brainstorming sessions underpinned the storylines of the various videos. The service film was a creative challenge and was done with a crew of four; camera, sound, assistance and focus puller to ensure the steadicam shots went well. In addition, an actor was cast and Music All In composed and played the music track itself. The video content was successfully deployed on socials and the website.

Uniek Pilsverhaal
“Het verhaal van RuhrGold pils is uniek door zijn historie, locatie en ambachtelijk productieproces, dat willen we overbrengen aan de horeca met een pakkende documentaire. Kunnen jullie deze film voor ons maken in een tijdsbestek van 2 maanden?” Dat was de vraag aan QuickWorks. Zoals je kunt zien hebben we daar ja op gezegd. Een goed begin is het halve werk. Dat betekend dat we ons hebben ingeleefd in het verhaal van dit pils en een storyline voor deze docu hebben geschreven. Daarbij hebben we ook rekening gehouden met de bijzondere manier waarop de docu ingezet zou gaan worden. Asantiaro

Sports branding As a new brand in the sports industry, Asantiaro was looking for a video that would reflect the identity of the brand and what it stands for. It had to be a video suitable for the website and for social media, which attracts attention, represents the brand well and above all very clearly shows Asantiaro’s style. In a crazy sports venue, QuickWorks’ two cameramen went to work with the extras to get as many great shots as possible. The video is a combination of cool music, good lighting, fast editing and well thought out shots. With this assignment, Asantiaro has a video that clearly communicates their brand!
